The 265th RRU was assigned to the 101st. Most of my time was spent with the 101st,
hence my address. When the 101st stood down in early 72 instead of going home early, I and
others got to stay. They gave us the critical MOS story. I went back to Phu Bai for about a day
and volunteered to go to what was left of the 407th.
